We're building a warm, welcoming space where people come to unwind, connect and take care of themselves — and we're looking for Sauna Hosts to help bring it to life.

Hours: A mix of weekday evening and weekend shifts 

Pay: £14.80 per hour

The Role

As a Sauna Host, you'll be the friendly face guests meet first and the person who makes sure every session runs smoothly. You'll guide guests through their visit, keep the space spotless and welcoming, and help create the calm, welcoming feel that's at the heart of Hotdrop. It's a hands-on role — you'll be on your feet, and comfortable pitching in wherever's needed.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome guests: Greet guests, check them in, and introduce them to the space and sauna etiquette.

  • Host sessions: Guide guests through the hot–cold cycle if they have any questions (sauna, cold plunge, showers) and check in on them throughout their session.

  • Keep things spotless: Keep saunas, cold plunges, showers, changing areas and communal spaces clean, tidy and inviting throughout the day.

  • Open and close: Prepare the space before opening and reset it between sessions and at close of day.

  • Support bookings & admin: Manage bookings, check-ins and timings, and answer guest queries in person, or online.

  • Look out for the space: Flag any maintenance issues, safety concerns or incidents to the Operations Manager promptly.

  • Support the brand: Help capture content for social media and be a genuine, friendly ambassador for Hotdrop.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Experience in hospitality, leisure, wellness or a similar customer-facing role.

  • A warm, friendly and professional manner — you genuinely enjoy looking after people.

  • Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently during a shift.

  • Happy working in a warm environment and on your feet for extended periods.

  • Good communication skills and a keen eye for cleanliness and presentation.

  • Available to work weekends and evenings.

Desirable:

  • First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain one).

  • Personal interest or experience in sauna, cold exposure or wellness practices.

  • Experience working in a small business or start-up environment.
